Great staff! Our concierge Debabrat and Maira were very good! The property is well located and swimming pool was clean.

The property is centrally located with all amenities provided. The breakfast is a huge spread with variety ranging from North and South Indian fare to Continental and local. The Restaurant staff are very courteous and obliging and always with a smile. The Guest Relations Manager Ms. Maira was very caring, concerned and graciously helpful. She helped in organising our Taxis and other personal items. So was the House keeping staff of Saurav and Sagar. They ensured that the room was kept clean and attended to. So was Debrata the attendant at the reception. He was a fund of information and always jovial

The staff at the hotel were wonderful — Maira, Deb, and the team at reception and reservations, Parthav and housekeeping, Sandeep and the restaurant staff, and even the maintenance team, like Ashok at the pool, were all courteous, attentive, and friendly. They made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The pool area and breakfast buffet were fantastic!

Very friendly staff 👍. A big thank you to Debabrata, his help was just amazing. Thank you to all the guys at the hotel restaurant, and Myra was very kind. Park Inn Candolim has a small pool, breakfast was good, we also tried dinners at the hotel, it was nice, the room was good, the overall impression of the hotel is comfortable and cozy. The hotel is in the center of Candolim, good location, we walked around the shops, cafes, restaurants near the hotel and of course to the beach. We had a good time on the beach, White Horse Shake, Teenweere and Sam were very friendly. The sea and sand were great, but in the sea there were decent waves sometimes. Nice relaxed atmosphere on the beach, dogs on the beach also helped to create it - Moona, Disco, etc. 😄 In general, all people are very friendly in Goa and in India 👍👏😍

What a holiday! Awesome hotel. The @Park Inn by Radisson, Candolim, Goa turned out to be a surprize gem. Food had been cooked with care. Front office had lots of clarity. Housekeeping was a delighter with no questions asked. Service was super prompt. Cleaning the premises was always top priority. Every level of employee had full ownership of the process they were involved in. Someone had clearly broken up the process into delighters which cost little and delighters which cost more. Therefore, the cost cutting was directed at the right places and removed from places where they just jangle the customer's holiday experience and add loops to the process. The GM, Gautam Choudhury must definitely have had a hand in internal training. Every day for our longish holiday was super enjoyable. Even the billing and clearing were prompt and fully digital. The only downside of this hotel was the singer at dinner time.. The man was butchering every single song left, right and centre. He could not sing to save his life if he had had a gun held to his head and had been asked to sing a number. Well, dinner was very well cooked and splendidly served but the live music was literally a killer. Ouch! We were also lucky to have got good taxi services. The fact that Goa was less crowded this season helped.

We booked a Premium Kings Room type. When we got our first room, we were not happy with it as it didn't have any view, the room was not well maintained. But then we met Debabrata and he was genuinely a good guy. He helped us to get an amazing room with a view the very next day. The new room had a beautiful pool view and everything in the room looked organized and well presented. A big THANKS to Debabrata for helping us to get what we wanted. And we also met Maira who was again great to help us out in getting what food choices we preferred. She ensured that we had what we requested. Overall the staff of Park inn Radisson Candolim are amazing in their very caring hospitality. There is still a scope to improve the room decor and furniture and I request the Radisson group to take a note on this one and do the needful. This hotel and customers like us are very lucky to have such great hotel staff. Thank you again! We will surely book this hotel again only because of staff when we plan for Goa next time.

The staff were very helpful especially Maira and Debrata who assisted us during the time between reaching the hotel and Check in and also during check out. Also the Chapora restaurant staff and the other staffs were very helpful . The Mutton Biryani and the Chicken kababs from the Chapora restaurant was very well liked by my family and daughters. Also the kids loved the pool and enjoyed having a good time there.

The over all property, breakfast spread and the centrally placed location ,very near to all happening places . Initially we were given a room which is very cramped but the Concierge team of Maira and her boss Debobrata ensured that this is changed and we are allotted a better room .Thanks !!! 👍 Maira for this initiative and help , keep doing well and all the best , just a suggestion,pl remove the room , which is just below the staircase from the room list ,and may be used for some other purpose.

Had booked two rooms, both were clean and fresh, breakfast was good and had a lot of variety including live counters for vegetarians and eggetarians. Staff were very cooperative and understanding the guest's requirements very well. Swimming pool had a clean water. The resort is plush green and very beautiful. Deb & Maira were a good host they ensured our stay is pleasant and also recommended places to visit and with cruise booking.
